I will promptly contact you to schedule a day and time that works best for you. Also for your convenience, I have an office map and directions available for you to print out.

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure all client intake forms are filled out properly and to allow appropriate time for your service. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
